This is me before and after using Ageloc Galvanic Spa. I'm so happy that it helps me to clear my pores and acne. It has been changing my life since then. I feel more confidence now than before. Usually I don't like to take pictures because of my skin conditions. Nowadays, I'm don't mind taking pictures because I know I'm more radiant than before. All my friends was telling me that my skin condition looking great nowadays.

My story is that before I knew Nuskin, my skin condition was not that good. I do have acne on my face especially at my cheek bone and my neck. On one fine day, I tried to use one local brand to do mask which stated "Acne Mask". Subsequent the next three to four days, my whole face got bad with more acne until it got worst with inflammation, just like the picture on the left side. From then onward, I lost all my confidence. I miss many opportunities of guys talking to me because of my skin condition. I was really embarrassed talking to guys on such skin condition that I had. I was really upset. I even let go of my crush back then. Moreover I took medication for 8 months. At times, I went to see skin doctor which always caused me to wait 2 hours to see him for 10 minutes. Moreover, the 10 minutes cost me RM240 for consultation, medication (antibiotic) and calamine lotion only. The skin doctor will never care for you much whether asking are you getting better or not. I remembered that they only care for your money to solve your problem. 

Well then, I took medication for 8 months and I put a stop to it. If I have friends on such skin condition, I will not advise them to see skin doctor. I knew skin doctor will give you medication which antibiotic and calamine lotion. I finally found the method to care for my skin and no longer lack of confidence anymore. Forgive Yourself For Allowing Them To Hurt You

How do you actually forgive, that is the question you might be asking your deeper self? I have learnt by forgiving is learning to be GRATITUDE to the good things that he/she has done for you in the past. If that person had already insult you, attack you, belittle you or take you for granted; the best way is by saying THANK YOU everyday for those good things they have done for you at that moment of your life. Gradually, those feelings will slowly eliminate by itself day by day and you will slowly start to appreciate those little things that person was there at the moment in your life. Indeed, it works for me. In fact, I can sleep well everyday without dreams. By saying THANK YOU before I go to bed to rest my body, mind and soul helps me to sleep peacefully because of the positive energy flowing into your blood stream. I could feel happier now. I no longer need to hold the grudges that had already hurt me in the past.

No one in this world whom cannot forgive because we are all humans with kind-heart. How long will you hold those grudge? One, three, five years or forever? Do you think holding this grudge it seems like your shoulder is heavier than usual? As the matter of fact, when time passes by... you will tend to forgive to that person because their doings had past and no longer important to us. Most of us will hope that person will be a better person and also you do not want to involve anything with that person whom had hurt you in the past. 

Because of the past experienced which had hurt you so much, it could be a blessing thing. In way, it is a blessing because you do not need to live up with that person anymore...

It is a rebirth of YOU, YOURSELF!

In conclusion, always forgive this people that mentioned below, by FORGIVING to a person makes a beautiful you in your character and attitude ^_^  People around you will like you even more because of your good attitude.

Also, remember must FORGIVE SINCERELY... if not, you are faking yourself out of your character, that is not going to be the best thing because you lied to yourself.
